General Requirements: Being a member of the Rebellion and part of the 903rd Legion means that your character should look like it could step off the screen, but not have been seen in any canon source. EU canon will be considered since it is not as highly visible a source as the films. These requirements are subject to change with the upcoming live-action series scheduled to be released and costumes from that series may be considered.
PILOTS: If your character is a pilot of any Rebellion ship such as a fighter, there are three know established colors of flight suits - X-wing Orange, A-wing Green, and B-wing Red. For a primary 903rd custom, you will not be able to use those three colors. Darker or lighter shades will be acceptable, as is blue and white. The use of a black flight suit as a Rebel is discouraged since it is a common Imperial color, but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
COMMAND STAFF: It will be difficult to create a truly custom Rebel officer costume. Before beginning one, consideration must be given to style, color, insignia, etc., and whether or not it will be recognizable as a Rebel officer. Customization can include, but are not limited to, long sleeveless tunics, rank insignia, Mon-Mothma-styled dresses, and Senatorial-styled robes.
TROOPERS: If you chose a trooper, there must be color variations with your costume from the original canon sources. Examples are a Rebel Fleet trooper in camouflage or an Endor trooper not in green camouflage. It is also recommended that weapons be customized as well.
SUPPORT STAFF: Fire fighters, ground crew, technical staff – all are encouraged and can be as basic as a jumpsuit with greebles. However, the costume must reflect the character. Character-specific protective gear and tools are recommended and must be altered enough to appear to be Star Warsy in nature and not overtly reflect their natural world origins.
