The terms, Senate, Command Staff, and Moff Council have been thrown around for a while, and it is about time to settle any confusion that may arise from the use of these terms. A new category has been added, the Regional Governors, and their duties are as follows in order of standing:
SENATE: Covers all command staff of any rank and position. As the 903rd grows, this category will grow as well to aid in the function of the group. All moderators and quartermasters will fit into this category.
REGIONAL GOVERNORS: Covers specific category judges. Due to the complex nature of the entire 903rd Custom Costuming Group, this new category is necessary to divide up the different areas of costuming with those that will determine what is and isn't acceptable for admission. The final word on admission will be a joint effort by all Regional Governors, but will be first determined and brought to initial vote by the Governor of that costuming area.
COMMAND STAFF: Covers all Global Moderators and above, including webmaster whenever that position becomes available.
MOFF COUNCIL: Covers the Administrators of the 903rd board. These are the ones who make all board changes and rulings.
Qualifications for all below Moff Council will be added to this thread as they are finalized.

REPUBLIC (ONLY 903rd): General Drak, Gr Adm Tor Fallon
